NO SWIM SATURDAY JULY 4 or 11.

Vortex continues at Village Green Pool
1813 Valley Forge Avenue
(near the cross streets of Drake and Taft Hill)

Morning practice
5:30-6:50 am Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays.

Evening practice
7-8:30 pm Tuesdays and Thursdays.

Saturday practices
8-9:30 am

This schedule will remain in place until the Saturday of Labor Day weekend, at which point we will have made arrangements to head indoors to another facility, stay tuned for details.

The fee structure will remain as before, click here for details.

Please be aware the Village Green Pool is a community pool and as such has limited change facilites. There is only one shower in each of the restroom facilities.

Weather and Pool Temps
The pool temperature at the Village Green pool is a balmy 82-83 degrees. All swimmers have been reporting favorably on the pool temperature. Air temp is a bit chilly these days, but once in the water practice moves along smoothly.

Practice will be canceled only for thunder, lightning and hail. Cool air temperatures should not keep swimmers away from practice.
